SubCon
strives to enact as many GMP's as possible,
including quality control, inventory control,
material control, scrap management, production
reporting, and profitability analysis. Housekeeping
and organization are a key component of our
everyday life. Extra efforts are put forth in
Customer Service, whereby the status of any
order is known by more than one individual and
is readily available during the course of any
business day. An annual budget and set of operational
goals as well as an active Sales and Marketing
Plan are prepared, available and reviewed quarterly.
Profit and Loss reports are published and thoroughly
reviewed and summarized monthly. Policies, procedures,
and processes are currently being documented
and reviewed. Pay for performance programs and
personnel reviews are an integral portion of
SubCon's structure. Lastly, a Continuous Improvement
philosophy has been laid as the foundation of
the organization, whereby enhancements, no matter
how small, are discovered and implemented on
a daily basis.
